Most popular magazines feature "cover girls" or "cover guys," reflecting their choices for the Person of the Moment. So, why not an Animal of the Moment? Over the years I've been captivated by a variety of interesting critters. I won't bore you with an archival list, except to say that my current faves are giraffes and these cute little guys. They're so like people!
